We are all born with Intuition. Reclaim your birth given inner compass by exploring the Elemental Archetypes: Air, Water, Earth, and Fire.

We will also explore ancient methods, modern techniques, and Metaphysical routes to access the intuitive nature of the self. This class will include lecture, note taking, and active exercises - using visualization, breath work, and body activations. Class is limited to ten students.
